Satya Flow with Lisa on Thursdays at 5;00 pm will come and go on on our schedule throughout the summer.  Check back for updates. (It now meets weekly on Tuesday mornings at 9:00).

Santosha Yoga Practice (Amy)

Santosha (contentment in Sanskrit) is the focus in this all-levels class.  Amy’s class will begin with centering and breath work.  Hands-on adjustments and alignment cues will be offered to encourage a deeper understanding of the yoga practice. Every class will offer something a little different, some classes working toward arm balances or hip openers, for example, and others working toward inversions.  However, modifications and tools are offered when students choose not to explore the offered poses.

This class is taught in a warm room.  All levels are welcome here and are supported in finding contentment in their yoga practice!


Mindful Power Flow (Pat)

Join this fun, energizing, and challenging class where you’ll progress toward heart-opening back bends, arm balances, deep hip openers, and inversions in the comfort of a warm room. While this is not a gentle yoga class, modifications and physical adjustments will be offered when appropriate. Students are encouraged to go as deeply as they want, while maintaining safe, optimal alignment. Adventurous beginners as well as experienced yogis are welcome!

Satya Flow (Lisa)

A fun, flowing style of yoga infusing a holistic and energetic approach, igniting peace, harmony and empowerment.  Emphasis is placed upon mastering the mind through inner mantra (yoga pose for the mind) to create a “meditation in motion.” Breathing practices and visualizations are integrated throughout the class to compassionately guide the student to a blissful state of being.

Yoga for Health and Happiness (Mary)

This all levels class is intended to encourage and support a consistent and doable yoga and meditation practice at home.  With three primary goals, physical vibrancy, emotional balance and mental clarity, this class will serve as a foundation for the discovery of deep peace and the true personal power that lies beneath the activity of the mind.  Each class will begin with a brief meditation.  We will explore:  A gentle and strengthening sequence of postures:  Joyful focus on the breath and optimal alignment and techniques to make meditation more accessible and rewarding.

Body in Motion (Angela)

Drawing on a variety of influences, this class will emphasize moving with ease in the joints and developing a grounded, neutral body with an increased range of movement. Explorations that include technique, improvisation, composition and theoretical concepts will guide students toward “being available to the dancing moment”. There will also be an exploration of musical time and rhythms with use of a variety of music styles. Our goal in the dance is to translate “inner-worlds” to the outer, to speak clearly, generously and authentically with our movement voices. This class is open to everyone, no experience is necessary.


Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Jay)

A small piece of time dedicated to self.  Vinyasa Flow Yoga incorporates breath with movement.  It allows the students, from beginner to advanced, to enjoy the flow interconnected with breath and personal growth.


Yoga Alignment Basics (with Pat and by request)

This class is designed for students who are new to yoga or for those who would like a refresher course in the basics of yoga.  Students will learn about alignment, breathing techniques and philosophy.  This class is not a gentle class.  It is intended to be a gateway to the Mindful Power Flow class.  


Anahata Movement (Maura)

Have you ever wondered how your Warrior 2 would dance? Come celebrate the inherent beauty of both yoga and dance! Breathe. Develop awareness. Tap into stillness. Create. Express. Move. Explore your inner space and the space around you in a safe and friendly atmosphere. No yoga or dance experience necessary…just bring your open heart.
