This last week of January and through most of February we will be highlighting various arm balances. First off we will be working toward crane/crow pose and some of its variations. Arm balances are fun and they are valuable for promoting strength in the wrists, arms, shoulder area and core. They also ask us to practice our awareness of our bodies in our personal space as we attempt to balance. Amy Root, RYT-200 is shown in Bakasana (Crane Pose).
