More Arm Balances! – Week of February 5, 2024

5:00 pm Tuesdays, 5:30 pm Thursdays, 11:00 am Saturdays

This week we are continuing our focus on arm balances. Some of the poses we may include are Eka Hasta Bhujasana (Elephant Trunk Pose), Astvakrasana (Crooked Staff Pose), and Koundinyasana II (Flying Splits Pose). Arm balances can be fun but if they aren’t for you we will be sure to include some modifications or substitutions.. Amy Root, RYT-200 is shown in Eka Pada Bakasana (One Legged Crane Pose).
